Souvent traduit par&nbsp;<em>\u201cexercices de pr\u00e9paration\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<em>\u201cgymnastique de l\u2019a\u00efkido\u201d<\/em>, il constitue une approche douce et accessible qui allie mouvement, respiration et concentration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un entra\u00eenement pour tous<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00efkido, l\u2019a\u00efki taiso ne n\u00e9cessite pas de partenaire ni de pratique martiale. Chacun peut \u00e9voluer \u00e0 son rythme, quel que soit son \u00e2ge ou sa condition physique. Pas besoin de pratiquer l\u2019a\u00efkido : l\u2019a\u00efki taiso peut se suffire \u00e0 lui-m\u00eame et s\u2019int\u00e8gre facilement dans une routine de bien-\u00eatre.
